Married at University Presbyterian and the Austin Club. What a strikingly beeautiful couple these two are. It is hard to not take a bad picture, but that is not all, there is a sweetness to the two of them and a love through their family that is very great. It was such a joy to work with this couple. I loved their dessert oasis themed wedding! Lots of gold and aqua colors. Gina with Clink did and amazing job and all involved it was wonderful! I was lucky enough to photograph paige's bridal session (which you can see below) and she is a natural beauty!

This couple has an infectious smile and laugh, that will make you feel right at home and part of the family. It was such a great day. A little cloud cover blew in and made the Texas heat bearable. I don't think I have ever met a bride so ready to get married and just go down the aisle to see her soon to be husband. They had a wonderful group of close family and friends there to help them celebrate. There was so much laughter and joy through the night. You can just tell this couple had the day of their lives!

The New York Times Shoot

A few weeks ago I was able to do my first food shoot for the New York Times at a wonderful restaurant in San Antonio called Le Reve. It sits above the River Walk with it's intimate dining room that seats about 30 people. The owners are Chef Andrew Weissman and his wife Maureen (she is expecting!) They are a sweet, happy couple that you can just tell they love what they do. The food dishes are just beautiful. I love photographing food, especially plates this pretty. It satisfies all my cravings!
