[Amber+David]

I have enjoyed working with Amber and David soooooo much, their engagement session was awesome to see it click here. Then Amber's Bridal session was amazing to see it click here. So now for the wedding! It was held at the Inn on the Creek in Salado, It was beautiful there and we got to sneak off down the road to do some really fun shots at this weird abandon place I stumbled across (I have been so excited to show these!) The ring shot is on an orgami crane, very cool story. The shot above it is the 1001 cranes that were made, Amber made 1000 and David made 1! But here is the story...the folding of these 1000 gold orgami cranes is a Japanese tradition that teaches the bride patience, then in Hawaii it is customary for the groom to fold one for good luck. Just thought I would share that with you, I thought it was really interesting and a cool little tradition. So the night went one with tons of dancing and these two can dance they were nicknamed Fred and Ginger! They were sent off with a sparkler good bye! Congratulations to the 2 of you and I am so honored to have been a part of it!

Mars for Austin Monthly!

One of my other side projects is that I do some commercial work, it has been awhile since I have posted about it, I just can't ever post until it is published and then I always forget! So I am going to try harder to show you guys more of my commercial work. I LOVE to shoot for Austin Monthly and most of time it is food photography. This time I got to shoot at one of my favorite places Mars! The Executive Chef Reggie Ferguson was so awesome to work with as well! They made some delicious dishes and we got to sample them all! Check out the latest issue to see the spread!

[Sandy+Samer]

Sandy and I had a great time with her mom and a close family friend on her bridal session. They are truly a sweet and loving family and they immediately make you feel like you are part of it! So I knew the wedding was going to lovely! I love that Sandy's mom was dancing the night away and the streamers when they left were so cool! I have to thank Barbara of Barbara Hearn with Barbara’s Brides for recommending me, it's always a pleasure to work with you! Congratulations to the 2 of you!
